Now she has opened An Soy at Basehall in Central, which offers items such as mapo tofu mazesoba, with add-ons such as five-spice braised pork belly and sticky rice onigiri with pork belly, along with a selection of desserts.

Authentic Roman-style pizza brand Alice Pizza was founded by Domenico Giovannini in Rome in 1990, and has since gone on to open over 200 branches worldwide.

The pizzas, cooked using mostly imported ingredients from Italy, are sold al taglio (“by the cut”), with the price per slice determined by weight.

Bacha Coffee, a century-old Moroccan coffee brand, has landed in Hong Kong with a new boutique at IFC Mall.

The 200-square-metre (2,150 sq ft) space offers takeaway coffee, signature croissants, and a retail counter for beans with over 200 arabica options available by the gram and ground to the specifications of the customer.

The shop serves a variety of sets, and sells gourmet items and coffee-brewing accessories to cater to enthusiasts.

In the coming weeks, an assortment of restaurants will open at Kai Tak’s new mall, Airside.
