2024 Volkswagen T-Roc price and specs

After announcing prices and changes for various members of its T-Roc family for 2024, Volkswagen has upped prices again.

UPDATE, 02/11/23 – Volkswagen has confirmed price increases for the T-Roc for 2024. We’ve updated this article and pulled it forward.

The new entry-level T-Roc CityLife, being referred to as a special edition, launched in September, and was followed by updated Style and R-Line models.

Volkswagen increased prices for the Style and R-Line by $1790 and $1890, respectively, but has subsequently increased them again from November 1.

The company says the increases are related to the cost of building the vehicle and shipping it to Australia, but says there are plenty of T-Rocs within its dealership network covered by outgoing drive-away deals.

CityLife, Style and R-Line models are up by $900, while the R is up by $1500 but gains a Beats sound system as standard; this was previously a $900 option.

The R Grid Edition won’t be offered for the 2024 model year.

Earlier this year, the brand announced an array of standard features to the mid-range Style and R-Line that were previously contained in option packs, including blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert.

The T-Roc Style now includes satellite navigation, voice control, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for its 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, as well as a 10.25-inch Digital Cockpit Pro virtual instrument cluster.

Previously, these features were part of the Sound and Vision Package valued at $2050.

The T-Roc R-Line now includes features from the Luxury Package valued at $3950, which includes Nappa leather upholstery, heated front seats, as well a power-adjustable driver’s seat with memory as standard.

It also gets conventional buttons on its steering wheel, replacing the touch-capacitive switchgear.
