Hatfields Group is rolling out new technology to improve the customer experience and secure their data using advanced secure cloud computing.
The dealer group has teamed up with iStoreDOCS to use the document management platform at its eight sites in North England and Shropshire.
Commenting on the roll-out, Craig Petty, sales director at Hatfields, said: “The iStoreDOCS platform is designed to make the sales process easier for dealership teams and buyers. It’s also important that our customer data is stored securely, and iStoreDOCS provides great peace of mind in this area.
Headquartered in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, Hatfields operates Jaguar and Land Rover retailers and service centres.
Retailers can ensure compliance standards in their sales and service operations by using iStoreDOCS to replace old paper-based operations. iStoreDOCS, created by MAD DEVS, facilitates omnichannel retail and offers cutting-edge technologies that give customers and dealership employees an effective sales experience.
“The whole team have now embraced the system and we are saving time and money, allowing us to spend more time doing the fun parts of the job with customers. We are really pleased with the service provided, and we hope this is the start of a long partnership,” said Petty.
David Boyce, CEO at MAD DEVS, said: “Hatfields has a fantastic reputation for customer satisfaction, and we are pleased to be able to support their innovation plans and continued growth. We work closely with dealers in the UK and worldwide to ensure that our technology is constantly improved with regular updates to meet the challenges they face.”
The most recent encryption technology protects the iStoreDOCS cloud, guaranteeing customer data security and enforcing compliance policies. By implementing compliance procedures that strengthen the system, iStoreDOCS users can attain a notably elevated compliance rate.
