The program is set to begin by May 2024, with the first cohort eligible for graduation in June 2025. Graduates will be granted the Ontario Secondary School Diploma, allowing them the flexibility to apply to higher education institutions around the world.

Through the partnership, students will have access to the annual Global Student Success Forum, connecting them to more than 35 Global Top 100 Universities at the Rosedale OSSD Elite University Student Recruitment Fair.
The event provides opportunities to meet one-to-one with university admissions and recruitment staff, attend student workshops and Q&A sessions and prepare themselves for the the transition from high school to higher education.

Abdul Rashid, CEO of Birmingham Academy said that the partnership marks the start of the institution’s diversification into the international school curriculum market in Singapore.
“At present, we are the only private school in Singapore to offer the Rosedale OSSD from Grades 10 to 12,” he said.
For the last decade, Birmingham Academy has offered a variety of qualifications including preparatory courses for entry into Singapore Public Schools, Post-Secondary Diplomas and Advanced Diplomas and OTHM UK master’s level courses.
Ng Joon Peng, founder and chairman of Birmingham Academy said through the new partnership, the institution’s mission is to ensure that OSSD graduates can “fulfil their dream to obtain an undergraduate degree which can lead to good jobs and good remuneration”.
Singapore is the fifth Rosedale Global High School Partner School country in Southeast Asia and Rosedale International Education is currently expanding its collaboration in the region, among existing partnerships within Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
In March 2024, Rosedale International Education also announced a new S$10,000 scholarship opportunity in Singapore for Rosedale Global High School graduates that have been admitted to the National University of Singapore.
