The National Testing Agency(NTA) will open the UGC NET application correction window at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
UGC NET June 2024 Application Form: The National Testing Agency(NTA) will open the UGC NET application correction window from May 18, 2024. During this period, students who have submitted the online UGC NET June 2024 application form can edit the same by visiting the official website at https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in/. The last date to edit the UGC NET June 2024 application form is May 20 (up to 11:59 PM).
“Candidates can make Corrections in the details submitted by them in their Application Forms Online through the Correction window at https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in during the period when the correction/editing window is made live,” reads the official notice. Any request for change in such particulars after the closure of the correction period will not be considered by NTA under any circumstances.
UGC NET June 2024 Application Correction Window: How to Edit NTA UGC NET Application Form?
- Visit the official website of the University Grants Commission (UGC) NET at https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in/.
- Look for the link, “Edit UGC NET June 2024 Applications.”
- Enter your login details such as application number and date of birth and sign into your account.
- The NTA UGC NET application form will appear on the screen.
- Make changes accordingly. Once done, submit the application form.
- Save a copy of the application form for future reference.
UGC NET June 2024 Exam Date
The UGC NET June 2024 exam date has been changed. The UGC NET June examination will be held on June 18, 2024. “The National Testing Agency (NTA) is in receipt of various representation from the candidates to extend the date of Examination for UGC – NET June 2024 due to UPSC CSE (Prelims) Examination – 2024 on the same date, i.e. 16 June 2024,” reads the official notice.
The NTA has been entrusted by the University Grants Commission (UGC) with the task of conducting UGC-NET, which is a test to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for ‘award of Junior Research Fellowship and appointment as Assistant Professor’, ‘appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D.’ and ‘admission to Ph.D. only’ in Indian universities and colleges. The National Testing Agency will conduct UGC – NET June 2024 for 83 subjects in OMR (Pen and Paper) mode.
