It’s your sleep, it’s your exercise, it’s your hydration, nutrition that is important.” “I do meditation and that works wonderfully for me. And then layer it with brands or products. - Never Sleep With Makeup: Leaving makeup on overnight can clog your pores, leading to blemishes, blackheads, and acne. Makeup, oil, dirt, and other impurities can get trapped in the pores, causing them to become enlarged and inflamed. Many makeup products contain ingredients like fragrances, preservatives, and chemicals that can be irritating to the skin, especially when left on for extended periods. This can cause redness, dryness, and sensitivity.
- Hydration: Drinking enough water is crucial for maintaining skin’s moisture levels and overall vibrancy. Aim for at least eight 8 glasses of water per day, and more if you’re active or in a hot, dry climate.
- Eat a Nourishing Diet: The foods you eat have a big impact on skin health. Ensure you’re getting plenty of antioxidants, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals by filling your diet with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy oils.
- Meditation: Chronic stress can take a toll on skin health, leading to issues like acne, eczema, and premature ageing. Make time for stress-relieving activities like meditation, yoga, or simply taking breaks throughout the day.
- Exercise: Keeping the body active is essential for over all health. It helps in better oxygen supply enhancing skin, It also releases hormones that help with better mental health.
- Ample of Rest: Giving time to body to rest and recover after a day’s of stressful work is essential.
