Jackson Warne is still keeping to his ‘year of health’ pledge while on holiday in Europe.
The 24-year-old son of Shane Warne decided to turn his life around in 2023 after his father tragically died from a heart attack last year.
He has given up alcohol and is working out in the gym more, and although he’s enjoying a sun-soaked holiday in Marbella, Spain, that hasn’t stopped him from smashing his goals.
On Tuesday, Jackson posted a jaw-dropping photo in a Spanish gym as he flaunted his muscular physique.
In the snap, he wore a yellow singlet as he showed off his bulging biceps.

Friends and fans of the SAS Australia star congratulated him on his dedication to getting fitter and healthier.

After his father tragically lost his life after suffering a heart attack in Thailand last year, Jackson said he could’ve let his grief ruin him.
But instead, he decided to focus on his health, and to channel his trauma into ‘energy for life’.
It’s now halfway through 2023 and Jackson, 24, is continuing to share his gruelling workout routines online
Taking to Instagram in February of this year, he wrote: ‘This year I could’ve easily gone down hill. I could’ve drank a lot of alcohol, gambled too much, quit the gym, ate shit food and not socialised. Be miserable.
‘But I didn’t.
‘I didn’t because I used this trauma as energy for life. I surrounded myself with good people, went to the gym EVERY DAY, drank water, swam, laughed a lot and was consistent. 1 day at a time.’
The 24-year-old said he has never felt happier and healthier, and encouraged his almost 100k followers to do the same.
‘Health is wealth,’ he added.
