Nottingham Forest have confirmed the signing of Ibrahim Sangare from PSV for £30million.
The deal went through after the 11pm deadline as Forest had sent their deal sheet to the Premier League before the cut-off time with the player and both clubs signing off on the transfer.
The Ivory Coast international was chased by a host of European clubs this summer but has opted to sign a five-year deal at the City Ground.
Sangare joined PSV from Toulouse in 2020 and went on to make 140 appearances for the Dutch club, with 15 goals and 10 assists.
He helped them to a second place finish in Eredivisie last season and scored against Rangers last week to help secure the Dutch side’s place in the Champions League group stage.

The 25-year-old started his career with Ligue 1 side Toulouse and made 86 appearances for them before moving to Holland in 2020.
Sangare has also been capped 31 times by Ivory Coast, scoring nine goals since making his debut as a 17-year-old.
Forest boss Steve Cooper is a big admirer of Sangare, who was on the club’s radar for the best part of 12 months.
As well as Sangare, Forest have also signed Callum Hudson-Odoi, Nuno Tavares Divock Origi, Odysseas Vlachodimos and Nicolas Dominguez on deadline day.
