Best Google Pixel deals: The 7 Pro already has a $200 discount

The Pixel line of phones, watches and headphones is Google’s answer to Samsung’s Galaxy line and Apple’s suite of smart devices. Chances are you’ve spent a lot of time with the Google ecosystem via the Google Chrome browser. If you like how Google organizes their menus and content, you’ll feel right at home with a Pixel device. Google is constantly innovating, and they apply those innovations to their Pixel products. We’ve collected the best Google Pixel deals down below. They include everything from old smartphones, watches and buds, to the Google Pixel 7 Pro, the newest and most powerful Google smartphone available.

Google Pixel 3a — $138, was $399

If you want a cheap but reliable smartphone, grabbing an older model of the Google Pixel is a safe bet. The Google Pixel 3a was launched in 2019, so it’s only four years old. Many of us have phones in our pockets right now that are older. It still has the important aspects of a modern smartphone. It can get 4G and LTE. It has a pretty nice camera with a special night vision mode for low-light photography and HDR+. It has a 5.6-inch screen with a super high contrast ratio. For the price, it’s a great smartphone.

Google Pixel 6a  — $299, was $349

The relatively affordable Google Pixel 6a gets even cheaper, and it’s an absolute steal at this price. The mid-tier smartphone offers flagship-grade performance with the Google Tensor chipset that’s also found in the Google Pixel 6 (see below) and 6GB of RAM, inside a compact and lightweight design. The device features a 6.1-inch OLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate, and an additional layer of security with the Titan M2 chip that makes it more resilient to all kinds of attacks. For photography enthusiasts and selfie lovers, the Google Pixel 6a is equipped with a 12.2MP camera with optical image stabilization and a 12MP ultrawide camera at the back, and an 8MP camera at the front.

Google Pixel Watch — $352, was $400

If you already have a Pixel smartphone or the Pixel Buds, getting the Google Pixel Watch is a no-brainer. It pairs perfectly with other Google devices. You can do cool stuff like add Google Wallet to your watch and just tap your wrist to card readers to pay. This model has the same health tracking software as a Fitbit, so you know you’ll get top-notch data on your heart rate, activity, calories burned and more. It uses Coring Gorilla scratch-proof glass, so you don’t need to extra careful with it. It will even survive up to 5ATM, or around 160 feet under water. Most of us won’t need that, but it helps to not have to take your watch off when you wash your hands.

Google Pixel 6 — $390, was $599

The Google Pixel 6 is a lighter version of the Google Pixel 6 Pro that sheds a few of the most premium qualities of the Pro but, by and large, keeps a fantastic camera. Our Google Pixel 6 review emphasized how important it is to not overlook this phone in comparison to the ‘Pro’ version. The hardware is still fantastic, with the screen pumping out a 90Hz refresh rate at 1080p. In form factor, it has a nice grip and fits comfortably in the hand. It’s no doubt, though, that where most people will find the most value in the Pixel 6 is its camera. It has the same main 50 MP camera and 12MP wide-angle camera as the Pixel 6 Pro, but uses 7x digital zoom instead of physical.

Google Pixel 7a — $444, was $499

The Google Pixel 7a is the lighter version of the Google Pixel 7 (scroll down) but does a good job in its own right in many areas. For example, though it has smaller sensors, the Google Pixel 7a actually has a technically better camera (64MP main and 13MP ultrawide) than the Google Pixel 7 or Pixel 7 Pro. You’ll also probably enjoy its compact, easy to hold size. Otherwise in the land of technical specs, it has 8GB of  RAM and a 6.1-inch 1080p screen, pulling a 90Hz adaptive refresh rate. Note that, as our Google Pixel 7a review reminds us, this 90Hz adaptive is turned off by default. When in use, though, it makes the Pixel 7a quite responsive and fast, but will pull quite a lot of battery power. To paraphrase our reviewer’s sentiments, at the time of release, the 7a can make the Pixel 7 seem more tempting due to being just a small bit more money. That still stands today, with what deals are going on. But, if you’re looking for a high megapixel cam with a low cost, the Google Pixel 7a can still be for you.

Google Pixel 7 — $449, was $599

The Google Pixel 7 is the latest iteration of Google’s Pixel smartphones, and it doesn’t hold back on providing powerful performance and helpful features. It’s equipped with the Google Tensor G2 chipset and 8GB of RAM for a boost in speed and efficiency, the Titan M2 security chip that will help keep your personal information safe, and a 6.3-inch AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 2400 x 1080 resolution. The smartphone’s Adaptive Battery can make it last more than 24 hours without requiring a recharge, and if you turn on the Extreme Battery Saver mode, it can run for up to 72 hours. There are two cameras on the back of the Google Pixel 7 — a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization and laser autofocus, and a 12MP wide-angle camera — and at the front, there’s a 10.8MP selfie camera.

Google Pixel 7 Pro — $799, was $999

The Google Pixel 7 Pro is the newest and most powerful phone in the Pixel line. When comparing the Google Pixel 7 Pro vs the Google Pixel 6 Pro, the 7’s standout features are the screen and the cameras. The screen is a solid 6.7-inches of OLED magic. That means you get unparalleled contrast and color. It also has a 120Hz refresh rate. That helps a lot with demanding tasks like cloud gaming. Even if you’re not into that, a high refresh rate helps the touch screen feel very responsive to your finger. The cameras include a telephoto lens that can do a 30x Super Res Zoom. It also has the Macro Focus, which can capture incredible detail up close, like the texture on leaves or spots on a ladybug.
