August at Aldi is shaping up to be a bit of a grab bag — as in, we spot something and immediately want to grab it and put it in our shopping bag (after paying for it, of course). You see, our sources at the beloved discount grocer just leaked info on the latest batch of Aldi Finds, and there’s a lot to talk about. We bookend this list with a duo of Delightful — with a capital D — drinks for you to ease into your day and night. In between you’ll find even more exciting stuff, whether that’s tiny versions of a bakery favorite, a frozen spicy stir-fry starter pack, and even the slightest hint of fall’s most iconic flavor. These are the 10 new items we’re adding to our shopping list.

1. Barissimo Cold Brew Ground Coffee, $4.49

If you’re not fixing your morning cold brew at home, this is your wake-up call to give it a try. The 100% Arabica blends come in medium or dark roast and are available August 9. At less than $5, these bags are a steep discount from your daily order.

2. Bake Shop Bakery Mini Cinnamon Rolls, $4.89

As big fans of Aldi’s Bake Shop Bakery Cinnamon Rolls, we are counting down the days until these mini versions hit shelves August 9. Enjoying warmed-in-the-oven cinnamon rolls with a freshly made cold brew is exactly how we’d want to spend the early hours of our Saturday.

3. Specially Selected Lemon Bars, $5.29

If recent history tells us anything, lemon desserts have real blink-and-you’ll-miss-it energy. And we expect no less from these bright bars. They’re available August 2 — as in, THIS WEEK — in the bakery section.

4. Mama Cozzi’s Mexican-Style Chorizo Deli Pizza, $6.99

No list of Aldi Finds is complete without an appearance from Mama Cozzi’s. (That’s a hill we’ll die on.) Available August 2, this woodfire-style crusted pizza is loaded with toppings: two cheeses (mozzarella and cheddar), chorizo (naturally), corn, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, and a hatch a chile sauce. Skip the oven, and take it for a spin on the outdoor grill.

5. Grillo’s Sandwich Maker Pickles, $4.75

The name says it all: These pickles are sandwich makers. Period. Another August 2 drop (that’s three, if you lost count), a dill-flavored slice (or two!) is the icing on the cake — but for your tuna on rye. Look for these gems in the refrigerator section.

6. Fusia Asian Inspirations Szechuan Stir Fry, $2.99

Speaking of meal makers, frozen vegetables are a year-round staple for us — even in the summer. And yes, we’ll be making room for this shortcut to satisfaction. Available August 9, this Szechuan stir-fry blend (or its Sweet and Sour cousin) should absolutely be in your weeknight dinner rotation.

7. Parkview Chili Cheese Smoked Sausage, $2.99

We took one look at Parkview’s smoked sausages and could hear a roaring crowd somewhere. And that’s exactly the kind of feeling we want from chili-and-cheese-stuffed meat. Available August 30 in the fridge section, it’s perfect for playoff viewing.

8. Specially Selected Gelato Flight, $3.99

What’s better than gelato bites? A gelato flight! Imported from Italy, this trio of classics — Limoncello, Pistachio, and Tiramisu — come in cups, which means you can skip the scoop and go straight for the spoon. Find it in the freezer section on August 30.

9. Simply Nature Pumpkin Spice Coconut Clusters, $6.29

It’s probably hard to imagine a cool, crisp breeze and gorgeous fall foliage, but early signs of the season ahead are, well, here now. These crunchy, pumpkin-spice coconut clusters are gluten-free and available August 23. Add them to yogurt or ice cream or crank up the A/C and snack on them straight from the bag while you’re wearing your favorite flannel.

10. Vista Bay Margarita Variety Pack, $12.99

But before we go and swap out swimsuits for sweaters, this variety pack of canned cocktails is calling our names (and yours, too). Beyond classic lime, the margarita hard seltzers come in strawberry hibiscus, watermelon cucumber, and mango chili flavors — a solid squad, if you ask us. They too are available August 2, which means you’ll likely have four fun new finds to add to your list this week.
