Italian luxury label Brunello Cucinelli has reported an H1 revenue of €543.9 million, equivalent to a 31% rise. Operating income increased by 51.8% to €57.8 million, and net income rose by 31.9% to €66.7 million. Investments decreased from €36.61 million to €34.9 million, while financial indebtedness fell from €63.8 million to €38.6 million.
“As eight months of this very interesting year have now gone by, and given the excellent start of the Fall/Winter collections’ commercial campaign, we are envisaging a pleasant end to the year with turnover growing by approximately 19% and profits that we may term as highly appreciable,” said the label’s executive president and creative director Brunello Cucinelli.
He added that “this makes us very confident of achieving our growth outlook of around 10% for next year.” Cucinelli also noted that “the Spring/Summer 2024 men’s and women’s order collection is coming to an end with excellent results and great appreciation for [the collections’] tasteful, understated looks, a true expression of the ‘quiet luxury’ that is much valued at this moment in time.”
