Pasta-lovers, rejoice: Award-winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis and the team at Giadzy are set to debut their first-ever line of in-house products with eight made-in-Italy, artisan organic pastas. After months of research and development, the time is finally here.
While working with the best pasta makers in Italy, Giada and the team at Giadzy identified the key aspects of a pasta line that they felt could carry the Giadzy name. What they settled on was “exceptional raw ingredients, time-honored techniques, and a diversity of shapely experiences.” Sounds fantastic!
“When we thought about starting to make our own Giadzy products, pasta was a no-brainer, and we are excited to introduce our customers to some of the wonderful pasta products made by Italy’s regional producers,” said founder Giada De Laurentiis in a press release.
So what kind of pasta shapes will we find in this launch? For starters, the eight options all consist of unique shapes that might be harder to find in your grocery store (think: curled, twisted, square, and tubular shapes). Giadzy pasta will debut with nodi marini, bucatini, taccole, pappardelle, paccheri, bucatini lunghi, manfredi lunghi, and spaghetti chitarra.
We can’t wait to get our hands on these and try them out with our favorite pasta recipes. Giada’s new pasta line will be exclusively available beginning July 30 on giadzy.com.
