Jodie Turner-Smith Wears Giant Bow and Thong to Vogue World]

Jodie Turner-Smith is a gift to us all — just check out her latest look for all the proof you need. On Sept. 14, the model and actor strolled up to Vogue World in London wearing a black thong bodysuit adorned with an enormous satin bow that couldn’t be missed. The giant adornment extended from her right shoulder down to encircle her left elbow and incorporated a large side cutout. The leg-baring number hails from Viktor & Rolf’s fall 2023 haute couture collection, which debuted on the runway in Paris two months ago.

Working with styling duo Wayman Bannerman and Micah McDonald, Turner-Smith amped up the glamour by accessorizing with black elbow-length opera gloves and diamond and sapphire jewelry. She finished the look with platform heels and rhinestone eye makeup for an additional touch of sparkle.

Bannerman and McDonald previously spoke to POPSUGAR about styling Turner-Smith for the 2022 Met Gala, where she wore a crystal-dripping Gucci dress with a pink chiffon skirt. “We [work with] women from different backgrounds, different cultures [to] show the world how they can be represented and how they too can feel beautiful, have opulence, have drama, have an elegance,” Bannerman shared, essentially listing off every word that comes to mind when Turner-Smith hits the red carpet.

Turner-Smith was in stylish company at the Vogue World event, which kicked off London Fashion Week. Sienna Miller, who’s currently expecting her second child, bared her baby bump in a voluminous two-piece Schiaparelli set reminiscent of a stylish loofah. Winnie Harlow also brought the drama in Zuhair Murad couture, Dove Cameron looked “Renaissance” World Tour ready in an all-silver Coach ensemble, and Simone Ashley proved the naked-dress trend is still going strong in Tamara Ralph couture. Other standout attendees included Gemma Chan, Nicola Coughlan, Ncuti Gatwa, Emilia Clarke, and Yasmin Finney.
