Lookers’ Audi centre in Stirling, Scotland has been recognised as the UK’s best-performing new car sales centre at the annual Audi Q Power Awards.
The Q Power programme was introduced by Audi in 2009 to celebrate the success of its network partners, ranking their performance by a variety of key indicators on a regular basis including customer experience, loyalty and people.
Lookers Audi Stirling came out first among 115 other Audi centres across the UK to be recognised as New Car Sales Centre of the year at a gala ceremony in London – and second overall in these national awards.
With a dedicated team of 50 staff, Lookers Audi in Stirling is one of five high-performing sites in Scotland, including Glasgow, Edinburgh, Ayr and Hamilton.
Welcoming the award, Michael Scott, Lookers Audi franchise director, said: “Delivering exemplary customer excellence is what we do every day and I’m personally grateful for everyone for securing this remarkable achievement.”
Congratulating the team, Lookers’ chief operating officer Duncan McPhee, said: “Our brand partnerships are pivotal to our collective success and we’re extremely proud to be working closely with one of the UK’s best known, successful and iconic premium brands on our joint mission to deliver a premium experience for our growing Audi customer base.
Our superb team at Lookers Audi Stirling demonstrates just how far we go to make that happen and I’m delighted that their efforts have been officially recognised and I wholeheartedly congratulate everyone who are now part of the nation’s New Car Sales Centre of the year.”
Introduced in 2009 to measure and rank performance across the Audi network, the annual Audi Q Power Awards score its network of centres on 10 key indicators including profitability, new sales, parts and accessories sales and staff certification, with the most important categories being customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Audi cemented its position as the UK’s number one premium brand for a third consecutive year in 2023, achieving a record 7.2% of the market and new car sales of almost 137,500, according to the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT).
Founded in 1908, Lookers represents 33 volume and premium car manufacturers and specialises in new and used car sales across a network of over 150 franchised locations.
