The NBA is looking an incident at Monday’s Denver Nuggets game after a video was posted online showing Nikola Jokic’s brother punching a fan.
Shortly after the Nuggets’ improbably comeback win culminating in a buzzer-beater shot by guard Jamal Murray, Jokic’s two brothers were still in the stands. In the video, they can be seen jawing at a fan. Suddenly, Jokic’s older brother Strahinja punched the man in the face, causing him to back up. In response, the man simply turns around and begins to leave.
Even as the man walked away, Strahinja and Nemanja — Jokic’s other brother — continued yelling at him.

Jokic’s wife and daughter were seen right next to the altercation. After Strahinja punched the man, she walked towards him in an effort to pull him away.
According to TMZ, the NBA confirmed it was made aware of the footage and is looking into the matter.
TMZ producer Michael Babcock added that police have also gotten involved, asking that the man identify himself and come forward. An incident report was not filed.
Police now get involved.
No incident report was filed, but Denver PD’s asking the fan to come forward. They’d like to talk about what happened Monday night.
In the meantime, cops are looking at video footage, hoping to ID the guy who was punched. https://t.co/V8Bm2lE4mi— michael j. babcock (@mikejbabcock) April 23, 2024
