Fashion firm Oh Polly Group has reported what it said is an “outstanding financial performance” with £113 million in revenues and £11.2 million in profit before tax for the year to April 2023.
It claims the figures “underscore its unrivalled appeal and resilience in a challenging market”.
The company didn’t provide comparison figures but said that “over the past 12 months, Oh Polly Group achieved an exceptional growth rate of over 45% through its strategic expansion in the US and Australia and commitment to delivering high-quality products that resonate with its global customer base”.
It also hailed its collaboration with ex-Love Islander Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu that “marked a significant milestone in the brand’s journey”.
The associated marketing campaign “demonstrated the brand’s ability to curate exciting and compelling partnerships but also sparked a substantial increase in brand awareness”. In fact, the firm believes the collab “played a key role in driving brand awareness and reinforcing Oh Polly’s status as a trendsetter within the fashion industry”.
That said, it also “confirmed the mutual conclusion of its partnership with Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu so that the parties can pursue alternative strategies”.
The company added that the year’s financial performance was driven by “strategic expansion, [an] elevated occasionwear focus, successful collaborations, and effective influencer partnerships” and it’s “on track for a further 35% growth in the next 12 months”.
