Pharrell Williams is celebrating his collaboration with Tiffany & Co. with a new campaign.
The LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton-owned fine jeweler released the campaign from Williams’ “Tiffany Titan” collection on Monday, with the multihyphenate creative appearing in the images modeling the fine jewelry pieces.
Williams, who is also the men’s creative director at Louis Vuitton, took inspiration from the mythical Poseidon’s trident for his jewelry collaboration with Tiffany, creating spear-like shapes on a collection of necklaces, earrings, bracelets and rings made in 18-karat yellow gold or titanium and with diamonds.
“I’m very inspired by the water, and the name of this collection ‘Titan’ draws inspiration from Poseidon, ruler of the sea, King of Atlantis — Atlantis, which is also the name of the community I grew up in Virginia Beach,” Williams said. “The detail in all of the jewelry pieces is very intentional, the use of black titanium…it’s a physical manifestation of beauty in blackness.”
Williams is seen in the campaign modeling an 18-karat gold chain bracelet embellished with the spear shape and the same style as a necklace.
“We are excited to unveil Pharrell’s inaugural collection for Tiffany,” said Alexandre Arnault, the brand’s executive vice president, product, communications and industrial. “The Tiffany Titan by Pharrell Williams collection defies the conventions of fine jewelry design. It represents a balance of Pharrell’s creative vision with Tiffany & Co.’s inventive craftsmanship. Each piece embodies Pharrell’s distinct style and unique point of view.”
Williams celebrated the collection last month with a star-studded event at The Landmark, Tiffany’s Fifth Avenue flagship. The event brought together the likes of Blake Lively, A$AP Rocky, Blackpink’s Rosé, Rosalía, Ayo Edebiri, Gabrielle Union and others.
