Rita Ora’s Sheer Stéphane Rolland Dress at AmfAR in Venice

Rita Ora commanded attention at the Venice Film Festival, hitting the red carpet at the amfAR Gala on September 3 in an avant-garde Stéphane Rolland Haute Couture gown from the Parisian label’s Fall 2023 collection. The look — a sheer, lightweight sheath that draped elegantly over her body and extended into a floor-sweeping train — was also adorned with a large, sculptural white petal on one side of the bodice. The decorative fixture is in line with the 3D floral trend we’ve seen take hold in fashion, and Ora played up the ethereal vibe with braids in her natural, wavy hair.

While she sported a nude thong bodysuit with a diamond belt underneath the dress at the event, she posed for photos beforehand completely naked up top, ditching a bra to bare her breasts. On the carpet, the 32-year-old “You & I” singer piled on plenty of Damiani jewels, including a spindly choker necklace called the Eden, plus several chunky Mimosa rings that drew attention to her eccentric orange and black manicure and finger tattoos. Ora opted for tall black platform sandals, and her makeup included a metallic shimmering eye, shapely, brushed-up brows, and a glossy peach lip. Later, she performed on stage baring hip cleavage in another Stéphane Rolland geometrical number, this one embellished with porcelain petals and crystal beads at the neck.

Ora has been enjoying her first time in Venice in a wide array of outfits, including leather Zadig & Voltaire pants teamed with a lace bralette; a black DVF maxi with sheer sleeves; and a glamorous tomato red ballgown styled with fishnets. Earlier this summer, she enjoyed a vacation in Ibiza in a slew of bikinis, also rocking a neon-green Self-Portrait rhinestone-covered cutout set for her appearance at the Ibiza Rocks music festival.
