KANSAS CITY — Both new and returning fall-flavored snacks are making a comeback to retail shelves across the country.
Entenmann’s Little Bites Snacks brand is bringing back its pumpkin muffins, which feature cinnamon.
“Little Bites pumpkin muffins have become an autumn staple for those looking to savor the cozy flavors of the season, which is why we’re thrilled to bring back this fan-favorite product for yet another year,” said Moira Flood, marketing director for Little Bites Snacks.
General Mills brand Lärabar is bringing back its pumpkin pie and apple pie bars for the fall season. The pumpkin pie bars feature a sweet-and-spicy flavor, while the apple pie bars combine almonds and walnuts with apples, cinnamon and raisins.
Chobani also introduced an oat milk pumpkin spice beverage, which features a rich pumpkin spice-flavored oat drink. The beverage is vegan-friendly and free from lactose and dairy.
“Fall beverages are in demand earlier than ever this year, and in true Chobani fashion, we’re continuing to bring newness and excitement to this highly anticipated time of year by welcoming limited-edition Chobani oat milk pumpkin spice to our robust seasonal line-up,” said Niel Sandfort, chief innovation officer at Chobani. “This product is delicious straight up, over ice, or as a pumpkin spice flavor kick to hot and cold coffee, cereal, oatmeal, smoothies, or anywhere else oatmilk is enjoyed.”
Better-for-you frozen treat brand GoodPop added a pumpkin spice latte frozen pop, which is made with fair-trade cold brewed coffee, oat milk and pumpkin.
“Over the last few years when PSL (pumpkin spice latte) season comes around, our fans reach out asking us for a pumpkin spice latte pop, and so this one was really made for our fans,” said Daniel Goetz, chief executive officer and founder of GoodPop. “Also, being based in Austin, we wanted to introduce a treat with fall flavors, even while the temps are still high. Our pumpkin spice latte pops are just that — a fun, delicious treat made with high quality ingredients to give you that fall feeling, even on an end-of-summer day.”
