It’s not the first time that Spotify has allowed listeners to see how they have engaged with their favourite artists.

The streaming platform has created ‘My Top 5 experiences’ with other musicians including The Weeknd, Kendrick Lamar, ROSALÍA, and BTS.

Spotify fans have also recently joined other third-party features to learn even more about their listening habits like N Gen Spotify Top Ten, the Spotify Collage Generator and Spotify Pie Chart.

Since dropping the feature, Swifties have been sharing their Top 5’s across social media.

One fan joked on X, writing,” Head at work asked to explain the taylor swift top 5 feature and now I have successfully established myself as THE taylor swift fan at work.”

Another listener joked:” Swifties, don’t @ me!!.”

With a third writing: “Here’s mine!! Midnights is such a favourite!!”

The key to making your Top 5 Taylor Swift ‘By Listens’ on Spotify is going through the Spotify app rather than the website.

The streaming service advised: “Search My Top 5: Taylor Swift’s Eras in your Spotify mobile app to find your Top 5 By Listens!.”

Start by closing your Spotify app and making sure it’s up-to-date and then reopen it.

You should then be able to see a pop-up on your homepage that tells you that you’re in the top percent of Taylor Swift listeners on Spotify.

With a tad more effort, you can manually select your Top 5 favourite Taylor Swift albums, or the five that you think that you listen to the most.

After selecting all five, tap ‘Next’ and then reorder the albums based on how much you listen to them

Then, ‘Lock It In’ to get your graphic as you did above and the app should then automatically share with you your Top 5 Taylor Swift albums by listens.
