Lebanese designer Nada Debs is collaborating with Dubai’s THAT Concept Store and Beirut’s Beit Tamanna to launch exclusive pieces.
Raised in Japan, the designer’s style relies on relating her work to culture in order to create an emotional connection with the audience. She’s now bringing limited designs to the UAE and Lebanon.
The designer is collaborating with THAT Concept Store to launch 6 unique limited crafted pebble chairs. The collection is called “From Sunrise to Sunset” which symbolizes the longing for a better tomorrow through the usage of colorful veneers and the mother of pearl inlay. The limited collection starts at ¥530,000 and can be found at THAT Concept Store in Mall of the Emirates.
Debs also designed a room for Beriut’s Beit Tamanna named “Urban Forest”. The dream-like room is connected to the balcony so that guests can enjoy the enchanting views of Gemmayzeh’s old houses. A room tour of “Urban Forest” can be booked through Beit Tamanna’s website and all proceeds will go towards fulfilling the wishes of critically ill children aged 3 to 18.
