Stuffed Puffs explores snack-sized format with new product line

BETHLEHEM, PA. — Stuffed Puffs has launched its BITES product line, which features bite-size variations of the brand’s filled marshmallow offerings.

The BITES line’s smaller format was designed to be more easily snackable than traditional Stuffed Puffs, targeting new occasions like on-the-go eating, portable lunches and late-night snacking, according to the company. The coated marshmallows include a crème-filled center and come in flavors like s’mores, birthday cake and cookies. Stuffed Puffs is continuing its partnership with General Mills, Inc. and launching a BITES version of its Cinnamon Toast Crunch-flavored Big Bites, which debuted in November 2022.

“With Stuffed Puffs, we’ve shifted the consumer perception, and turned marshmallows into a treat people are enjoying straight out of the bag,” said Michael Tierney, founder and chief executive officer of Stuffed Puffs. “To take it one step further, we made the necessary investments in our state-of-the-art facility to miniaturize our current products and bring BITES to life.”

Stuffed Puffs BITES are now available in Walmart and other retailers nationwide. The company plans to expand its BITES distribution throughout the remainder of the summer.
