We all know that Taylor Swift is a record-breaking singer-songwriter, but did you also know that she’s a master baker? (Seriously, her chai sugar cookies are delicious.) Swift recently flexed her baking skills for boyfriend Travis Kelce before his Oct. 22 game against the Los Angeles Chargers. Sadly, we weren’t there for the pre-game festivities, but former quarterback Bernie Kosar was and dished (pun intended) about his experience on the “Tobin and Leroy Show” on 560 WQAM.
“I was at his house like three hours before the game,” Kosar, who snagged a picture with the singer after meeting her at Kelce’s house, said. “I’m having a pregame meal.”
He continued, “Taylor is so nice. She comes in by herself and she’s so cool. She made her homemade cinnamon rolls for Travis for a pregame meal.”
Even though Kosar is trying to be “vegan and gluten-free,” he couldn’t stop himself from trying her homemade cinnamon rolls. Honestly, can you blame him? Swift previously posted about her cinnamon rolls to social media in 2020 and they look amazing.
During the show, Kosar gushed about being able to meet Swift. “You couldn’t have a better role model for young parents and young kids out there, to look up to,” he said. “Her genuine attention to people, the consideration, was just spectacular to watch.”
Baking cinnamon rolls is something the singer has in common with another member of the Kelce family: Donna Kelce, or Mama Kelce as she’s affectionately called. According to Us Weekly, the matriarch of the Kelce family also enjoys baking cinnamon rolls from time to time.
“I bake cinnamon rolls. They’re always my favorite, my go-to. I can only do it a couple times a year, so sugary,” Donna told the outlet. “I’m not a good cook, but I love to bake.”
Well, maybe Swift can share some pointers!
