The Apple Watch Ultra 2 just launched, so it’s unlikely we’ll see any deep discounts on it in anytime soon. However, if you are planning to pick up Apple’s newest rugged wearable, the Apple Watch Ultra 2 is actually $20 off at Amazon—at least for right now.
Of course, $20 isn’t a huge savings, especially off a regular $799 price tag, but it is indicative of the possibility that we might see more price drops in the future—maybe around Cyber Monday, if we’re lucky. But if you’re planning on buying the smartwatch anyway, you might as well save yourself a little money in the process.
The Apple Watch Ultra 2 offers a slew of new features over the original Ultra, such as a better Ultra Wideband chip, which makes it easier than ever to keep track of your items (and friends) in Apple’s Find My app. It’s equipped with a brighter screen, up to 3,000 nits, that can dim down to just 1 nit, making it one of the best displays on a smartwatch right now. Apple powers the Apple Watch Ultra 2 with the S9 chip, which should make the Ultra 2 (and the Series 9 for that matter) a speedy wristwatch.
Of course, that doesn’t count the other goodies Apple has added with watchOS 10, which adds even more functionality to your Apple Watch.
There’s no telling how long this deal will last, as prices are subject to change at any time on Amazon. At the time of this writing, though, this deal was still active, putting the Apple Watch Ultra 2 at just $779 versus the $800 you’d pay for it at Apple or another third-party retailer.
