JAKARTA, Indonesia (AP) — Indonesia, the world’s third-largest democracy, opens its polls on Wednesday to nearly 205 million eligible voters in presidential and legislative elections, the fifth since Southeast Asia’s largest economy began democratic reforms in 1998.
