After a 10-year hiatus, Futurama is back once again, this time as a soft reboot. Futurama has been canceled and renewed several times before (and the show does a great job of making jokes about it), but this time we’ll get at least two more seasons out of the deal: It was ordered by Hulu for not only an 11th season, but a 12th season as well. Season 11 dropped on Monday, July 24.

For those who forgot or didn’t watch the show, the original Futurama took place in 2999 after delivery boy Philip J. Fry was accidentally cryogenically frozen on New Year’s Eve 1999 and woke up a thousand years later. This new iteration of Futurama is set in the year 3023 instead, and Season 11 delves into some updated topics like COVID, cryptocurrency, and more of creator Matt Groening’s social commentary.

Both Futurama Season 11 and Season 12 will have 10 episodes, but if you want even more of the series (or material for when it’s inevitably canceled again), Futurama actually has several comic books as well. They were published by Bongo Comics starting back in November 2000, and they ran until 2017 until pivoting to the “Futuramaland” app (on iOS and Android). There’s also a Futurama 3D platform video game that was released in 2003 for PlayStation 2.

Where to stream Futurama Season 11

Futurama Season 11 is streaming on Hulu, along with all the previous 10 seasons. If you don’t have Hulu or prefer to own the seasons, you can buy them on Apple TV or from Amazon.
