A teen in an allegedly stolen car has died in a late-night crash in Toowoomba has been identified.
Heidi Riding, 18, was in the silver Holden Commodore that crashed near the CBD in the early hours of Friday.

The local woman died in what police say was a single-car crash on Hursley Rd, while the young man allegedly driving escaped with minor injuries.
Riding had regularly posted anti-police messages on her social media accounts. A family member has revealed she had “troubles”.
According to police, the Commodore lost control and crashed into trees.
Police had spotted the car shortly before the crash but say officers did not chase it.
“It doesn’t look like police were actively trying to engage with the driver,” Detective Inspector Damien Smith.
“However crews were aware it was in the area and attempts were made to locate it, because it was reported as stolen.”
He said speed appeared to be a factor in the crash and the “damage to the vehicle is quite horrific”.
The ethical standards unit will look into the incident and a forensic crash investigation is underway.
The 19-year-old Ipswich man allegedly behind the wheel of the Commodore suffered minor injuries and was taken to Toowoomba Hospital.
Police have not said where and when the car was stolen.
Smith said Riding and the driver were known to police.
He said the driver was yet to be interviewed by police due to still being medically treated.
Riding’s older sister Tamika said “our beautiful girl” was “one of a kind”.
“No matter what was happening in her life she would again and again help you first,” she said in a GoFundMe.
“Our hearts are shattered. We have no words.”
Tamika also said Riding’s “troubles stemmed from” helping people.
