Aston Martin Residences Miami Now Open, Take A Peek Inside

  • Aston Martin’s ultra-luxury real estate project has opened in Miami, Florida.
  • The 66-story building houses 391 condos and is the tallest all-residential building south of New York.
  • Most units have already been sold and they range from a 698 square foot studio to a three-story penthouse.

Aston Martin Residences Miami has officially opened and is one of the hottest new developments as 99% of the condominiums have already been sold. This was no doubt aided by Aston Martin’s cachet as well as the distinction of being the tallest all-residential building south of New York.

AMRM is the brand’s first ultra-luxury real estate project and the building houses 391 condos. The automaker says buyers have included a mix of car enthusiasts and “those with an allure for Aston Martin’s unique design philosophy and iconic brand.” Speaking of the former, more than 50 residents already own an Aston Martin.

Pricing starts at $820,000 and the building houses an assortment of different units. At the low-end is a 698 square foot (65 square meter) studio with a single bath.

At the opposite end, at approximately $50 million, is the Triplex Penthouse. It’s a “magnificent three-floor condominium” that spans 27,191 square feet (2,526 square meters) and features a private pool as well as a spacious terrace.

While there’s a big difference between the high- and low-end, the building houses four full floors of amenities. This includes a two-story fitness center, an art gallery, two movie theatres, a virtual golf simulator, and a business center. There’s also a full-service spa, beauty salon, and barber shop.

However, the real draw is the 55th floor, which is home to an infinity pool, jacuzzis, and cabanas. Visitors will also find a sky bar and lounge as well as a ball room and private dining areas.

The condo and amenity spaces were created as part of a collaboration between Aston Martin’s design team and architect Rodolfo Miani of Bodas Mian Anger. Aston Martin said three design themes have been created for the building and they’re known as Timeless, Covert, and Indulgent.

The company didn’t go into many specifics, but said residences have 10 foot (3 meter) ceilings as well as floor to ceiling windows. They also house “top-of-the-line kitchens,” premium marble flooring, and European cabinetry.
