Police in Bolton have been carrying out a number of roadside enforcement exercises, including running Operation Portman.

The operation was launched to reduce deaths and serious injuries on Bolton’s roads.

And a number of the exercises take place on roads raised as a concern by local residents, including at local PACT meetings, which are attended by councillors and police.
