Westside Paper, the repurposed paper manufacturing campus in West Midtown, Atlanta, will be home to a new multi-product design center for Construction Resources.

The company offers a line of products and industry expertise serving builders, designers, remodelers, general contractors, property managers, and homeowners. It offers countertops, flooring, lighting, decorative plumbing, fireplaces, and garage doors among its product line.

The new design center will be the first location to encompass all its products in a single location when it opens in early 2025.

“Our location at Westside Paper heralds a new era for Construction Resources,” said CEO Mitch Hires in a press release. “We are thrilled to offer a platform where professional contractors and the design community can explore products in a setting that seamlessly merges historic charm with modern convenience in the heart of Atlanta.”

“Before the densification of the core West Midtown market with office and apartment projects, the area was known for its creative design businesses,” Chris Faussemagne of Westbridge, one of the developers behind Westside Paper, said in the release. “Construction Resources will fuel the next chapter of the West Midtown design district.”

Westbridge and FCP reimagined the 70-year-old former paper manufacturing plant located at 950 West Marietta Street.

In addition to Construction Resources, the development partners recently announced that catering company Proof of the Pudding has signed a long-term lease for a state-of-the-art event venue.
