Marketing Delivery expands dev team with multiple appointments

Marketing Delivery has appointed three new members to its in-house development team, as it implements a 12-month programme of expansion in its portfolio of products and services.

Scott Cowan joins in the newly created role of lead developer.

With experience in software development, Cowan will be responsible for a wide range of software enhancements and innovations already scheduled for 2024, including advancing AI-driven functionalities.

He will also steer key aspects of product planning and further improvements to existing software.

Carl Grebby becomes the new data project manager, bringing experience working in automotive retail and aftersales from his most recent role with Hedin Group.

His daily working knowledge of Keyloop and Pinnacle will help him analyse trends, deliver reporting and insight, and provide data benchmarks to users of the VoiceBox platform.

He will also be a link between the Marketing Delivery client services team and its development team.

Neal Carter is filling the position of full-time database developer following the retirement of a part-time member of the team.

Carter has been appointed to expand the data development team as it processes data from an ever-increasing number of vehicle retailers and third-party sources of insight and market intelligence.

Jeremy Evans, Marketing Delivery chief executive, said: “These three new appointments will help us speed the optimisation and deployment of new functionality in our VoiceBox software, in particular its AI capabilities.

“We’re responding to retailer demand, and also taking the opportunity to lead with a number of new innovations.”
