Extra extra, new Dollar Tree items just dropped! In case you’re not yet familiar with the discount chain’s range of storage gems, buckle up. Every week, store shelves are freshly stocked with new items, including exclusive organizational Dollar Plus finds (aka items that cost more than $1.25). It’s still not too late to check everything off of your spring cleaning checklist, and a large woven storage basket (or three or four!) may be exactly what your kitchen needs.
At first glance, the pattern and shape resemble Target’s signature $6 Y-weave basket, which you might’ve spotted in your feeds or a friend’s pantry. As sleek as that one is, the $3 Dollar Tree version has a daintier appearance, almost as though it’s crocheted together. The solid plastic base and wraparound rim give it just enough definition, and the front cutout handle is a thoughtful detail for easy slidability.
I immediately want to sort it in the “minimalist beachy-boho” category, which I consider to be a big win for the Dollar Tree brand (and my kitchen!).
The basket comes in light gray and white, the perfect neutral shades to complement most kitchen decor styles. It’s extremely spacious, measuring out to 18 inches by 12 inches by 6.3 inches — if you’ve been on the lookout for a set of sizable and reasonably priced baskets, these are them! Buy them in bulk to brighten up any pantry, cabinet, fridge, or countertop space (or put one in every corner!), and bask in the fact that you can see exactly what’s in them. They’d also be smart organizers for consoles, closets, bathrooms, offices, and other high-clutter spaces around the home. Just be sure to act fast, because they won’t last long!
Dollar Tree also has a nearly identical deep woven organization basket in the same two colors. At 15 inches by 12 inches by 8.4 inches, it’s a slightly taller and more square alternative, still priced at just $3.
